Recipes Enriched with NutreeBlend 925

🥞 Pancakes enriched with NutreeBlend 925

Ingredients:

1 egg

1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of brown sugar, brown sugar or sweetener

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 pinch of salt

½ cup all-purpose wheat flour

½ cup of rolled oats

1 scoop of NutreeBlend 925

1 teaspoon baking powder

⅓ cup of milk or vegetable drink

Preparation:

1. In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugar, vanilla, oil and a pinch of salt.

2. Add the flour, oats, NutreeBlend 925 and baking powder.

3. Gradually add the milk until you get a creamy mixture.

4. Cook in a hot non-stick pan on both sides.

5. Serve with fresh fruit, honey or yogurt.



🍓 Strawberry, banana, and NutreeBlend 925 smoothie

Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

½ cup of fresh, clean strawberries

1 scoop of NutreeBlend 925

1 cup of milk or vegetable drink

Ice (optional)

Sweetener or honey to taste (optional)

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in the blender.

2. Mix until you get a creamy texture.

3. Serve in a glass and decorate with strawberry pieces if desired.

Note: If you want a really cold smoothie without losing its texture, freeze the fruit before blending, but make sure the blender processes ice.



🍪 Homemade Oatmeal Cookies with NutreeBlend 925

Ingredients:

½ cup butter at room temperature

½ cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup all-purpose wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1 1/2 scoops of NutreeBlend 925

1/4 cup of rolled oats

Preparation:

1. Beat the butter with the sugar until combined.

2. Add the egg and vanilla.

3. Add the flour, baking powder, salt and NutreeBlend 925.

4. Mix until a soft dough forms.

5. Form balls, place them on a tray and flatten them slightly.

6. Bake at 180°C for 10–12 minutes.

Note: If the dough is lumpy, add a little milk until you achieve the desired consistency.



🌮 Tortillas enriched with NutreeBlend 925

Ingredients:

1 cup of precooked corn flour

½ teaspoon of salt

1 scoop of NutreeBlend 925

1 cup of warm water

Preparation:

1. Mix the flour, salt and NutreeBlend 925.

2. Add the water little by little and knead.

3. Form balls and flatten them into tortilla shapes.

4. Cook in a hot pan on both sides until golden brown.



🥙 Reina Pepiada Arepas with NutreeBlend 925

For the dough:

1 cup of precooked corn flour

1 scoop of NutreeBlend 925

1 cup of water

Salt to taste

For the filling:

1 cooked and shredded chicken breast

½ avocado

1 tablespoon of mayonnaise or natural yogurt

Salt and lemon to taste

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro or parsley

Preparation:

1. Prepare the dough by mixing the ingredients and form arepas.

2. Cook on both sides until golden brown.

3. Mix the filling ingredients until a paste forms.

4. Open the arepas and fill them with the mixture.

Note: If you don't want the dough to stick to the knife and break the arepa, use a plastic knife.
